Parking was convenient, despite our late arrival. Our room was well equipped, clean and comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was ideal for accessing both the airport and Brussels city centre. Overall I recommend the hotel for a pleasant stay.

The whole place was perfectly clean, I loved it, and had good staff and location. I slept so comfy in the great bed. The hotel was in a fairly nice area, so close to Brussels, office park and the airport.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms with necessary amenities, convenient underground parking, easy access to nearby businesses and train station, short drive to the airport.

During my stay, I loved the fact that the room was very nice and contemporary, with a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep. the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to help with any requests.
There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy during my stay. I had requested a double bed but ended up with two single beds pushed together, which was not the ideal sleeping arrangement.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I arrived early, and the lady at the reception generously allowed me to check-in before 2 pm. The room and bathroom were clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were perfect for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently close to the airport, making travel easy.
